The Olde Bryan Inn and Longfellows sell cheesecake slices every October with profits benefitting the Oncology Ward at Saratoga Hospital. J & S Watkins supplies French Vanilla Cheesecakes with pink icing ribbons on each slice, to signify Breast Cancer Awareness. In the Spring the icing décor became a blue circle in honor of Type 1 Diabetes, and early Summer brought slices with purple hearts on them for the local chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters….
