Your room is guaranteed to be ready for you at 3pm. Early check-in may be requested, but is not guaranteed. Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out may be requested, but is not guaranteed.
Deposit & Cancellation
All reservations require a credit card for deposit of first night room and tax. Reservations must be cancelled two weeks prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
All sales from our Restaurant, Lounge, and Hotel are final. If you have a concern with your experience, we encourage you to call us directly at (518) 587-0108 and ask to speak with a Manager about your concerns.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Transactions are processed securely using Authorize.Net/Verisign. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Pets are not allowed at Longfellows. In compliance with the ADA's guidelines, service dogs are permitted.
Self parking is available free of charge.
All reservations will be assessed a $2 per night housekeeping service fee.
All reservations are based on double occupancy. A charge of $10 per night will apply for each additional guest.
Rollaway Beds & Cribs
We have both rollaway beds and portable cribs available for a fee of $10 per night.
